Congrats

Just a little side note, David matched in Ocular Plastics. He will be doing his fellowship at Vanderbilt, which means an extra year in Memphis, then a year in Nashville!! I am so proud of him and as my mom said, "he has been working toward this since he interviewed here during medical school" Three more years to go, then we can come HOME!! Thanks for all of you who have asked and said a prayer for our little family during this time, no Iowa for me!!

Rain, rain, go away

Causey picked out her own Easter happy while in Biloxi, and i must say she has great taste!! This is the raincoat and umbrella Grammy and Grandpa got her for Easter. It was a sunny day, but we had to try it out!!

Weekend Wedding

Most of us got there on Thursday and went out to dinner!!

Thanks to David and his parent who came up to hunt and keep Causey so i could go, David had his yearly "boards" and was unable to go....I was worried if he went he would yell out his objections during the ceremony (they have this weird love for each other!!) We had a blast and it was so nice and relaxing, I'm all for another destination wedding!!

Causey is down in Biloxi with Grammy while we get ready for the Easter Party, that may or may not happen due to rain! She had soft shell crab and loved it!! Who doesn't like seafood in their p.j.'s!!

More bonnet than baby

We did a little test run of what Causey was going to wear to host her Easter party (wanted to make sure she would wear the "new" bonnet)

She is a bit OCD and will only wear the bonnets she is used to, but she seemed to do OK, there was a promise of goldfish somewhere in the negotiations!!
